I was very happy to stroll into Tammy's adorable flower/gift store on main street. I was looking for a dried floral centre piece for my Thanksgiving table. Tammy was very quick to offer to make me something unique and specific to what I was wanting. She was GREAT. The arrangement was ready the next morning and far exceeded what I was expecting. It is perfect and just as I had described and envisioned. Tammy is so kind and helpful and has a wonderful happy smile. I have already made plans to bet my Christmas centrepiece done with her I highly recommend this wonderful little shop on main street.

What was delivered was a dead hydrangea. It looked horrible. My Mom brought it in 2 days later and was told she overwatered it. She hadn't watered it once since it was delivered. She showed a picture of the plant at the time of delivery. She was given a cheap houseplant as a token of apology. Not going to lie, I am so disappointed and WILL NEVER order from you again. NEVER. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

As I live in Victoria, it's hard to say what condition the flowers are when sent to my daughter in Vernon. However, she sends a photo and they certainly do look very pretty. I will continue to use Harris Flowers in the future.

I purchased the Hot Hot Hot bouquet for my Mom who was in the hospital for surgery. They had to switch out the more potent smelling flowers for some more subtle ones, as per hospital regulations, but the final result was just as gorgeous! My Mom loved all of the strong, bold colours! :) Thank you so much!

The flowers were beautiful, a bit of an issue when ordering online with more than one arrangement close to each other but the delivery was double. Although for this time nothing could be done the florist said next time to contact them directly so the delivery costs could be combined before the sale went through. Helpful and attentative service to customers, will definately return...
