If in the event you have a concern with your order, we request you supply the order information, name of sender, recipient, address, order number if available of what your concern is within 24 hours.

We require the item to be returned to the store within 24 hours of delivery, so if any adjustments are needed they can be addressed.
As your item is a carefully selected gift from the sender to the recipient, we do not offer refunds or returns for an item that you are unsatisfied with due to colors, style or floral selection. Our website features many items with multiple sizes and price points, please remember this is a gift.
Deliveries are scheduled within a 2 to 4 hour window depending on time of year, it is the responsibility of the recipient to have someone to accept the delivery, if they have left before the delivery has come, it will be returned to the shop where they can either pick it up or have it redelivered at their expense.
We strive to have deliveries in their time window, although at peak seasons, or in extreme weather things can take longer. If your delivery is late, check outside to ensure it wasn't a non contact delivery, then call the store or the delivery company 250-540-2971 to confirm.
All concerns must be sent in a respectful manner stating actual details and all of the previously mentioned requirements, emails not complying to the above requirements will not be responded to.
